Deposits & Cancelation
You are invoiced for the total cost of your booking only once all of the details have been finalised and you are totally happy with everything.
Of the total, 50% is a non-refundable deposit- The other 50% is refundable if we are given more then 4 weeks notice of cancelation. Exceptions may apply however, please see the 'bad weather' for details on this.
If it rains on the day of your ride, we will put on the rain covers which are totally waterproof (within reason!) and will keep you nice and warm/dry. If we feel that the ride could still go ahead, we cannot offer a refund (but may be able to offer a credit in certain circumstances). However, if we take the decision that a ride cannot go ahead due to the weather then we will refund in full*.
If you have booked a tour and are worried about this spoiling the quality of your ride, fear not! We slightly alter the format of the tour and the tour is just as fun (if not more so!).
*- We may retain a small fee to cover admin costs etc.
We accept payment in one of two ways, either via Paypal or via BACS.
Paypal allows instant payment even on weekends (which BACS does not) so for all short-notice bookings we ask for payment using this method. You can pay via debit or credit card as well as paying direct from your Paypal account into ours. Please note that a minimal fee applies when this method is used.
BACS allows near-instant payment during the week, but not on weekend. You must pay direct from your bank account using this method.
